We’re Tumble Troops — a military-run small business based in Emsworth, bringing safe, fun, and reliable bouncy castle and soft play hire to families across Hampshire and West Sussex.

Our journey began when we met as training instructors at ATR Winchester, where teamwork and high standards were part of daily life. Those same values are now at the heart of Tumble Troops.

🎖 Max Wilkinson – Operations Lead

Staff Sergeant, Royal Artillery
Max brings over 15 years of Army leadership and project management experience. He ensures every event runs smoothly and on time. Passionate about giving back, he helped establish our pledge that 10% of every booking supports Scotty’s Little Soldiersand Little Troopers.

🎯 Liam Ellis – Social Media Lead

Sergeant, Royal Tank Regiment
Liam manages our social media and community outreach, keeping families updated with news, offers, and fun content. He’s also hands-on with deliveries and setups, bringing plenty of energy to every event.

⚡ Daniel Salter – Customer Experience Lead

Sergeant, Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME)
Dan recently passed the Army’s aptitude tests to become an Apache helicopter pilot and will soon start training. At Tumble Troops, he ensures every customer receives a friendly, professional service from first enquiry to pack-down.
